ELVIS AND PRICILLA PRESLEY

We all know by now that Elvis Presley married Priscilla Beaulieu on May 1, 1967 at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas in a private ceremony. The word 'obey' was purposely removed from their wedding vows per Elvis request. The bride wore a beaded white gown and her veil mounted on her dyed black beehive. Elvis wore a brocade black dinner suit that did fit quite right. Priscilla's sister Michelle was maid of honour. Marty Lacker and Joe Esposito acted as best men

Elvis proposed to Cilla on Christmas Eve 1966 and on May1, 1967 Elvis and Priscilla were married in a private ceremony hold in the Milton Prell's suite at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas. The couple then honeymooned in Palm Springs, California. February 1, 1968 nine months later Lisa Marie was born in Memphis, Tennessee

Elvis enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1958 and spent two years in Germany. He returned to the United States in 1960 and in 1967 married longtime girlfriend Priscilla Beaulieu.
